Software to identify Ram and CPU?

Hi, looking for a software that can identify the Ram and CPU.

Or even test it(benchmark)

3DMark2000, i am using, (for cpu)

WCPUID from H-Oda! will test your CPU.

WCPUID is nothing but a CPU config param reader, can it test/benchmark, i think NO.

Sisoft Sandra 2k is everyone using nowadays, unless you have been mars for a couple years, you might have heard of it...

I heard on the german site Computer und Technik they have a program which identifcates the RAM with the SPD. It's called CTSPD or something, I guess, well, I take a look
