I have 3 new fans which won't go on my controller because I am out of plugs, so I plugged them into my motherboard (see type below).
I tried speedfan but I cant get the speeds to change and it only picks up 3 fans one of which is 0RPM so I know it's not reading it right.
Is there a software program out there that I can use to control my fan speed through my motherboard?
The newest version of nTune will control one of the fans... but not the other 2.
Thanks!
Edit:
Also looks like I can only control 1 fan + CPU fan in BIOS... guess thats all I will be able to do.
Does anyone know where I can get some 3pin splitters so I can string 3 fans together to one conector? Like you can do with molex plugs.
Edit:
Something like this should work.
