Software to clone USB flash drives

Lifted

I have a 16GB usb flash drive that I need cloned to 4 other identical drives. I use it for imaging, so it was formatted to boot WinPE, etc.

Any free software out there to do this? Would something like ImgBurn work with a flash drive?

I'd use Clonezilla, or a Linux live cd. I don't know how you'd do it in Windows, though there's likely a way.

Winimage is free for 30 days.

This should work. Although, some flash drives have varying numbers of sectors, due to production quality-controls, etc.

The images that WinImage produces might not fit on otherwise-identical flash drives, because of sector-size issues.

VirtualConsole.com markets hardware devices for cloning flash drives.
