Software to change agp aperture size?

I'm pretty sure my BIOS has the AGP Aperture size option locked up.

Is there any software that will allow me to change this? Anything I could do? I believe it's causing some problems in games for me.

afaik, such an option can only be changed in the BIOS

As James said. That's a BIOS only option. I know you can change the rate and fastwrites through programs such as Rivatuner but I think you're out of luck. Have you tried finding an updated BIOS for your comp?

It's some ASUS motherboard that came with my Vaio, so naturally, I can't OC the CPU, and the AGP Aperture thing isn't even in my BIOS.

The exact model is a P4SD-VX...I haven't found anything about it.

I've seen software that OCs your CPU (though none of them support my mobo), so I thought there might be a similar program for the AGP Aperture setting.

I can get BIOS from the sony website, but they hardly ever update. I've heard that if I get new BIOS from somewhere else (like the ASUS website), since its not directly for my specific Vaio model, it could screw it up somehow.
