Software that will detect changes in a word document?

I am looking for a software or tool that will compare two or more documents and highlight or flag the changes somehow. If anyone knows how I can do this please let me know.

Thank you,
Rob

Doesn't word have built in "redline" features? I've never tried it myself but a coworker does this for changes to our user guide and online help.

Click on the Tools menu, then Compare and Merge Documents. Word will point out the differences between the documents and even tell you who made what changes. You can see each change one at a time and choose to either accept or reject it.

Word does have the functionality to check for changes.

Alternatively there is program from Workshare called 'Deltaview' which allows you to compare word documents and will also provide a redline report on the changes.
