Software: scroll any window

Edit: This software lets you scroll any window that the mouse is over WITHOUT selecting the window.

I stumbled across this free app today called KatMouse:

Basically it lets you use your mousewheel to scroll whatever window is directly beneath the mouse cursor. It does other stuff too but that's the main feature. w00t! 😀

Pretty sweet, I always wondered why there wasn't an option to do this in Windows. Carry on 🙂
