I'll try to describe my problem... Running WinXP Pro,
I used to have geforce4 ti4200 with duel monitor display...
This problem occurs often...
If i have 2 windows open, i can't click off of the active window onto the other window. I can only be in the window that is active at the time.
In order to change windows, i need to force something else to come up, i usually bring up tast manager, or alt-f4
In addition to this, i cannot drag and drop files at all. In order to get this functionality back, i must log off and log back on...
now i have radeon 9600 Pro, and its still doing it.
has anyone heard of this problem, and can offer help? thanks!
