Software For Testing Power Supply?

Motherboard Monitor 5 is showing my 5 volt @ 4.49 and my 12 volt @ 28.06
Is there any other software that checks voltage so that I can compare it against MBM5?

forget about software. get a Digital multimeter from radio shack or off of ebay.

I have one and I have an Antec PS tester. I tested fine out of the machine just recently. It could have developed the problem recently or it could be intermittent. The line voltage going in is 123.4 volts.

Fixed, PS was bad.
