Software for stress testing components?

Hi All,

Anyone know of a good program that will stress test the components of a system? Seems like
I remember a program that asked you to put a data CD and a floppy in the drive and it would
go through a series of tests (windows based) and give the cpu and ram and drives a good
working over.

Anyone know of one or remember what I'm thinking about?
