I Have a GXT 680 on the way and I want to be sure i have no issues with old drivers from my AMD 6950. there use to be a free software that was good at getting rid of old drivers but I can't seem to find it anymore.

The only one I found so far is removed from downloads. I think this was do to a problem with Widows 7 64bit.

Any idea were to find something like this or is it good enough to remove the software in windows these days?

I never bothered with driver removers. I'd use the Windows remover, and if you have problems, then look for something. No point in bloating your system, and complicating the process if it isn't needed.

Just use windows uninstall. Driver sweepers can cause their own problems, so only use them if you encounter a problem.
