Software for properly tagging and labelling mp3 collection?

The title basically says it all. I'm sure it's a repost but I couldn't find the original thread. I basically have a crappily organized mp3 collection. Years of haphazardly ripping mp3's and throwing them in my music folder have come back to haunt me. is there any good software that can quickly help me properly tag and label my mp3 collection?

Looks good too.. but I was really looking for a drag and drop style interface where the software can automatically separate which files are tagged and which aren't and help me identify the untagged ones.
