I need to create PDF files for a variety of documents and files I will be creating. I'm well aware of Adobe Acrobat, but it's expensive and bloated.
Are there other products other there that might fit the need? I see something called CutePDF. Anyone have any firsthand experience with this or any other program?
Thank you.

At the recommendation of other members, I tried CutePDF. It does what I need and like it very much.

In addition to creating PDF files, does CutePDF allow the user to create a document which can be auto filled, or tabbed through, from blank space to blank space?

A quick followup: I looked into CutePDF and contacted their support staff regarding their products and creating interactive PDF documents. A short while later I received this reply:

The current version of CutePDF Pro can not be used to make fillable PDF form.
But we will release a new version of CutePDF Pro at the end of this month which will have this
feature.

I'll hold out till then and have a look.
Thanks for the replies, folks.
