What software can I use to make an image of a freshly installed computer and take that image to another computer with exactly same hardware but with nothing on it, not even the file format (NTFS)? Bootup and install the image to the new computer.

Do I have to physically move the new drive into the installed computer as a secondary drive or I can just burn and image and use the bootable CD to load the image while the hard drive is still in the uninstalled computer?

You burn a ghost DVD, boot off of said DVD and it partitions, formats, and installs the image you have on it onto any hard drive.
