Hmm, my averages are at 68-74, mins at 46-50 and max at 93.

This is at 4.2GHz with two 580sc's

Same everything.

Seems strange that two underclocked cores would be ahead of two overclocked ones.

yes 2x 580 with "underclocked" core/memory, should not be faster than 2 x 580 in SLI.

Also your 4.2ghz should be faster than the 3.7ghz they use, yet they claim better fps?

Based on user above, that does to some point discredit the rumor/picture/leak in first post.

Or a poor build by the user above!

Here's my poor build Sol.

For comparison purposes I ran the frost bench with the same settings as the anand review averaging around 105fps. The only difference is that I was running it at 1080.

The scaling of the 590 is either much better than current sli is capable of or the bench is fake. Unless Im missing something else?

It's fake. Look at the date he ran the 'benchmark'.

@CitanUzuki

you newb! how lame does that build look.... "obviously" a poor build.

<--- drools....some of us arnt rich though... I only have a single 5870... but I probably game at lesser resolutions than you do.

My initial though too... kinda stupid the thread title doesnt require it to say rumored/supposed leak or something.

Unfortunately I did in fact get one orange pcb, its probably what's holding me back from these beastly "590" scores.

@Gloomy: Silverstone fortress ft-02

@Ark: Im not rich

Green are fastest, but blue support better AA, and if you want to run physx you need a black pcb.

Red is such a thing of the past (yes Ive had MSI cards before) 😛
Black and Green has been done over and over and over...getting old.
I hear white is the new rage,... and blue? gigabyte boards? 🙂

I hear black PCB's have bigger VRM's than the white PCB's.

I want to see something new....

I want paterns! hahaha.... instead of just 1 colour pcb.

or...

transparent pcb cards? with the shroud clear too, so you can see all the component though it and until the cooler under the hood? that would be cool.

if thats to much to ask... has purple been done?

Well I was going to comment on the 590 but… damnCitanUzuki, that case looks sooooo clean. God... I strive for good airflow and most of all low noise levels. How loud is that thing with all that hardware? Do you employ someone with surgically modified hands and fingers that are smaller than a child's?

Makes me really want to pull everything out under my desk and give it a go again.

In general I've never been interested in the inside of cases, its what they do that I like.

But damn, that really looks impressive. :thumbsup:

Thanks WelshBloke!

The case itself is pretty quiet, by setting the intake fans to low you can barely hear it. The 580's will never be super quiet unfortunately, but it's tolerable(summer may be a different story). Glad you liked it!
