Softmod worked, can I also overclock?

I have used Riva Tuner to enable all 16 pipes and 6 vertex shaders. I ran 3dmark03 with no artifacting and a score of 9798. Now I was wondering if I can increase performance by overclocking. I have a BFG 6800OC which runs at 350/700 out of the box. Idle temps ae 50 and 55-57 under load. Is coolbits the best way to go and will it mess up Riva Tuner? I also noticed that Riva Tuner has an OC menu but havent heard much about it.
 
You should be able to overclock it some but I hear the BFG version has crappy applications of thermal paste. I have the same card with the pipelines unlocked and vertex shader unlocked too but my load is around 65 degrees so it sounds like you have better application of thermal paste from the factory. The overclock will not be as high tho with the unlocked pipelines and vertex shader because more power is needed (might be able to up the voltage a little to increase overclock).
