Has anyone used either of these? Do they work? Can I damage anything by trying them? If I used one of them to increase my FSB, should I change anything on the mobo?

I have tried both and there is always a disclaimer that they can cause damage but I have had none so far but no longer use them... I would setup a good stable speed to fall back to is the only recommendation...
