Apex Tool Co. makes several brands of mechanic's tools, including Sears Craftsman (now just Craftsman?) and Harbor Freight, Stanley (co-owner of Apex), and Home Depot's Husky.
 
Stanley is a Black & Decker brand, right? That's who bought Craftsman. They're fine for homeowner use. Too bad they're no longer US made.
