Socket AM3 Upgrade

Here is what is going on, I have a generic motherboard right now that I can't really do anything as far as overclocking goes. I have an AMD Athlon II X4 645 Propus core processor on it and I am looking to upgrade the motherboard as the start of a new system build. I am looking for something that will let me moderately overclock this processor without breaking the bank. Form factor is not an issue, amount of ram should be about 8gb supported... any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

also, your requirements for the mobo, if any? integrated graphics? crossfire (prolly not) sata III, usb 3

Do you know if your board uses DDR2 or DDR3? Can't recommend anything specifically until we know that. The question about integrated video requirement is important too.

All boards support 8GB of RAM but do you need 4 RAM slots or is 2 enough?
