What does the second line on the athlon socket a core signify?
Is there a way to tell if your core is copper or aluminum based on these numbers?
three examples:
1ST CORE:

A1000AMT3B
AHFA0024DPDW
91812540093

2ND:

A1000AMT3B
AJFA0037UPDW
92407440242

3RD:

A0800AMT3B
ADFA0037FPPVW
923249S0239

I know what the first (top) line means in each case, but the second and third lines are like a riddle waiting to be solved.
Does anyone have the answer to these riddles? or know where I can get info regarding this?

The 2nd line? Well, I think either the first 4 letters or last 4 letters signifies where it was manufactured. The numbers in the middle are the week. So the first example you gave would be a week 24.

As for aluminium or copper, I am pretty sure that none of the Duron's are using copper connects yet. Though some sites have reported finding some, I think they were just misreports.

The numbers in the second line are definately year and week of production.

The other stuff im not 100% sure, but most likely where the part was manufactured and possibly which fab the core was made.

I'd be interested in the exact details too.

BTW, is this getting to be a nuclear thread? :D
