At the current time, I am only using the Taisol 742 HSF, the PS exhaust fan, and a 5.25" 93 CFM Drive bay cooler. My T-Bird hasnt ran over 33 degress C for the last 2.5 days. I didnt even have to do the "melting thermal pad" process. I would imagine with enough case cooling, you shouldnt have a problem either.

I have the sides off my case, its an atx full (mid?) with 6 5.14 bays room for 2 PS and has wheels on it,problem is with the sides off dust becomes a problem, should i invest in some more case fans, the reason i dont have any right now is that im particularly sensitive to noise, and the last fans i had were awful, but they did move some air.

Goto 2cooltek.com and check out the 5.25" bay cooler they have there. Has two fans, one intake, one exhaust, moves quite a bit of air in my opinion. The intake channels the hot air through a passage in the top of the cooler, and the exhaust then exits the air out the fornt of your system. I dont find it that noisy, actually sometimes I have to turn the case slightly sideways because the short breeze it blows out can become a bit chilly. LOL

You have a full size ATX tower, and with that many bays, Id get two bay coolers, put one in the top bay and one in the bottom bay for maximum cooling.

Your Taisol hsf will come with PCTC pre-applied, use it. Radio Smack grease can not handle the high clip pressure and temperatures of an OC'd BIRD. If you must switch to a thermal grease, do yourself a favor and get Arctic Silver. Some lapping on the base of the hsf will help as well. AS has the info on applying on their website.
