Socket A mobo with USB 2.0????

I have read some of the new KT333 mobos have USB 2.0 support out of the box (Biostar m7vif and gigabyte 7vrx). I want to get support for USB because this mobo will surely never be upgraded (It is for my parents). Should I get a KT333 mobo??? Which one??? Should I get instead an epox 8KHAL plus a PCI USB 2.0 card??? Does the epox 8K3A have USB 2.0 support???

No the Epox does not have USB 2.0 but the Asus and Abit flavors
do, which I would choose anyway.

but ABIT is the one that has "something different" on their mobo.
