Socket 940 Nforce 4

Has anyone seen a nforce 4 board socket 940? I know tyan is making a dual cpu nforce4 but what about fx 51 -53 users they need a nforce 4 board too.
 
I would imagine, and fom what i have heard there will be socket 940 NF4 boards. But I haven't actually seen or heard who will be making them.
 
I know they will be making them as Nvidia said so (take that with a grain of salt though). However the boards probably aren't going to be geared towards gaming as they are phasing 940 out as gaming and making it purely server.
