Do you want to overclock?

The DFI UT Ultra-D has some bugs but the latest bios apears to be rather good.

The Epox is cheap and supposed to be very good as well.

The Asus you mentioned gets good marks as well.

Go with the ASUS, supposed to be a very solid board with the newest bioses.

Looks like the ULi M1695 PCIe/AGP Socket 939 for Athlon 64 may be the way to go....
