Socket 754 motherboard

Hi. I'm looking to upgrade pretty soon to a socket 754 system and im kinda on a budget but I will spend up to about 120 for a mobo. What is a good stable motherboard that will allow me to do some good overclocking? Thanks for the help!

If you want to get the absolute best s754 motherboard, the DFI LAN Party UT can't be beat, it costs around 120.

Prob the best overclocking motherboard. And I didnt know its soo cheap now.
