Just bought HL2 and have had it cod lock twice then I said the heck with it and tried CS:S and as soon as the server loaded it cod locked the same way. Is it really that buggy? I downloaded everything from steam lastnight. Is it up to date on there or is there any patches I need to d/l.
Got 1800+@2.2,1gig Value PC3200 at normal timings,9700 Pro with latest ATI drivers,ect. I tried running prime95 for a while and system didnt crash. Any ideas?
BTW when it locks up it boots me back to desktop a few seconds later.
