By 10:00am CST tomorrow, my #s will drop significantly, as I have to configure the test server for use.

As of 5:00pm CST tomorrow afternoon, my stats will drop some more, as the wife returns from her trip, and I cannot run the client 24/7. That wouldn't be a problem if the service client didn't cause severe issues on my comp.

But I'll crunch what I can, and add more comps if I can. You know, the usual. I liked being #2. NiColt, I'm looking at you.





We are supposed to be getting in a new server, 4 processor, quad core. Hopefully, I can convince my boss to let me run SOB on it while it's being configured. Which should take a couple of days. Can't wait to see the output of that!

You could do what I do, ray - leave your account logged in all the time and run the client there, then use XP's fast user switching so your wife can log in. Works fine and I avoid all the weird bugs of the service installer.

That would be great if I was running XP. I'm still running Win2K Pro.

Maybe it's time to upgrade to XP Pro. I think they have most of the bugs worked out by now.

Alright, well I've been in the US for a week now. After this long 4-day weekend I should be able to resume stats. I'm also finally building my first Q6600 machine. The 2nd wont be for another month or two and will probably run Boinc anyways.
