My parents and I would be pissed if my sister brought a black guy home. I would disown her. I'm guessing by you asking a question like this that you yourself don't like it. I said "wow" because it's just such a marvel of psychology that the simple actions involved in me living my own life are enough to offend. I mean, I don't really even know what to say here. It disgusts me so much to hear stuff like this.
Maybe I'll figure out this post later, but as of right now, I don't even know where to start. I will say this, though: I'm really glad that most people either don't care about skin tone, or can at least accept the color difference. I'm well aware that the older generation is clinging to those prejudices, but thankfully all of that is on the way out, and I guess I just didn't need to be reminded of it on ATOT.

Actually, my parents just had a talk with this about my sister yesterday. They would be pretty damn angry.

My stepsister is engaged to a black guy & they have two kids. If my stepfather had/has any reservations about it he hasn't made them known to me. My mother I think finds it a bit odd but has never said anything or shown anything but support for them.

I don't care about any of my ex-gf's or my ex wife, but i have children, that changes the situation, as long as he is a good man he can be any color.
