So, you know those emails that everyone gets about the poor guy dying in Russia?

So, as many of you know, people have been getting emails from a guy in Russia saying that he needs money to pay for some sort of extremely expensive surgery. Well, I ICQed the guy, and I got his info. I was wondering what I should do. I want to file a complaint of some sort against the guy, so he can finally get caught, 'cause those emails are annoying as crap. Blegh, I went to trollhunters, and because I didn't get screwed over by him, I don't think that's the right choice. Who should I report him to? Lemme know what you guys think.

Send an email of complaint to Vladimir Putin. I'm sure he will put his best people on the case.
