Didn't get it within the timeframe.. Contacted the CSR again... was promised
So I b1tched at the CSR(chat) he offered $25 coupon.


It kinda sound like if your satisfied I will offer you a $25 coupon.
I took the $25 coupon will take 3 business day,
coulda b1tched more and get a better coupon but nah 😛
