It probably better than a burger. 🙂

20g of fat on the Salad!!!! WTF?!?

*numbers from www.wendys.com

EDIT- All the complainers aside, I'd say you did a good job and keep it up!

I think most of the fat on the salad is the dressing and the croutons it comes with. The dressing packet sais 13g of fat. Maybe I'll save the salad for dinner. The chili pretty much filled me up.

You know you're not required to use all the dressing. I use about 1/3 or less. I imagine the Bacon is pretty bad too, but there's not a great deal of it and I leave about 1/2.

My usual order is a diet, Ceasar side salad and crispy chicken sandwich no mayo. tasty lower calorie, higher fiber, and no trans-fats.

 umm he asked it if was healthy... it definetely is not

They key to eating salads is to not put the dressing on the salad itself, but to dip your fork prongs into the dressing before eat bite. Since I've started doing that, I've been using roughly 10-20% of the dressing that is provided to me by the restaraunt/dressing packet. You still get the taste each bite, but you don't drown in fat/calories. It seriously looks like I didn't even use the dressing after I'm finished.

The small chili is fine, if a little calorie-heavy. Soda is awful, assuming it's regular and not diet.

For fast food, it's fairly healthy with the exception of the coke (I might even consider Diet Coke as more unhealthy, get water). But, if you aren't limiting your choices to fast food, it's not very healthy.

Sure beats a bacon cheeseburger but if you're trying to go superhealthy then you can definitely do better. Caesar salads have cheese and really fatty caesar dressing. Coke is just pure empty calories and the chili itself has a lot of calories and heavy in sodium.

The chili is pretty healthy.
small coke = unhealthy, get diet
caesar side salad = unhealthy. its lettuce, cheese, bacon and fatty dressing. Get a regular side salad which at least has a few veggies in it, with a low-cal dressing. Or just get more chili.

Wendy's chili gives me tremendous gas for some reason, but I'll go get 2 small chilis for lunch. I think its fairly healthy and less than $2.50 after tax.
