I often ask myself this question. Right now I am soon to be married but I would not mind having a second wife. However in this is frowned on in our society. Why is this such a problem if both women are ok with this?

mainly the issue is population imbalance. polygamy tends to work with male to female multiple because all children are biologically linked to parents. the reverse is not true, a womb cannot be shared well. so you have to find a way to get rid of excess men.in a bind it works, assuming men are lost in war or disaster ...
I think you are look at it wrong. Two husbands equals half the work.Well I am not single. I admit it would suck to have a second hubby around but if a guy was ok with it why does it matter. I am looking at this from the prospective that If two women want to share a kind respectful man why is it bad? I would think that this would be better than being with some guy is abusive etc.
Because its immoral.
Oh and there is the whole thing about if you have two wives and they are cool with it, then they are most likely of a type of character that would result in them not being exactly 'a great catch' and you may not be the only dick they fart on.
One is enough for a real man.

If you have 2 wife's you can get bitched at in stereo.
You really want to lose 2/3 your asset when you get divorced?
Because the examples of it we are exposed to in the US are ones with rampant child abuse, female subordination, tyranny, etc.
Would you think it's OK if your wife said that she'd absolutey LOVE having another man around the house? Yeah, I'm sure you'd be super cool with that plan. Sorry hon, I'm busy fucking my new husband and then I'm gonna pass out. Enjoy another night of AFV and Twinkies, alone.
