Aren't most of those sprays actually canola oil?

It's because the serving size is only 1/3 of a second spray, and the FDA considers that little amount 0 calories. I don't know anyone who uses that little of cooking spray. I imagine the calorie content would be higher. FDA serving sizes are retarded. I mean look at cereal who eats a 1/2 a cup of cinnamon toast crunch

The serving sizes are usually smaller than what you would normally eat, not larger...

exactly.
if people followed the suggested serving size instead of dumping a thousand calories into a bowl and calling it breakfast, they might not be so overweight.

I think that's more the company's doing, They don't have to use FDA guidelines, the information just has to be accurate, Sweet cereal's a good example. Many times the company will reduce the serving size to make it appear to have less fat/sugar than it really has.

Not really. Those cals in the mroning jump start a metabolism and get you burning energy. It also provides energy throughout the day.
If you skip breakfast, have a tiny lunch, and pig out at dinner without exerscising afterwards you will get super fat because you load up on calories right before you sleep. Not eating during breakfast will not give your metabolism the kick start it needs and lunch is really the meal where we should be eating the most.
So yeah...I'll eat 3K calories, where 2200 are focused on breakfast and lunch. You eat 3K calories where you put the 2200 at dinner. Let us do it for a month straight and see who is in better condition![]()

Q: If I eat late at night, will these calories automatically turn into body fat?
A: The time of day isn't what affects how your body uses calories. It's the overall number of calories you eat and the calories you burn over the course of 24 hours that affects your weight.
