So who's taking the day off today?

it's -12 degrees out now and I called it in as a vacation. Schools closed and kids are home.... not even worth going out in this weather.

This university would only close due to temperature when solid nitrogen starts precipitating out of the air.

I'm "taking the day off" because my senior project cannot move forward until the campus machinists finish making some parts I need in order to test a mathematical model. This will tell me if this is going to be an easy project or not.

-1°F here now, -19°F wind chill.
I don't want to think about my next gas bill.
