I know what's happening in my neck of the woods. I'm bringing my wife and son to the airport in the morning so they can go visit my mom-in-law. That makes me effectively single and childless. Holy cow! I'll walk to the pub across the street from my house. Eventually I will stumble back home.

Not ambitious, but I'm looking forward to it. 🙂

getting super drunk on draft beer hurts me too much anymore!!!! i'd have to take 2 days off of work just to do it.......

I went out yesterday, starting drinking at 3PM...turned out to be a bit of a bust, but oh well. Scottsdale's having a block party on Tuesday - 3 big bars are having specials with bands playing on the street and the city's allowing people to carry drinks on the street. Whoo hoo!

lol. I saw this post and was like "what the fuck? I was sleeping at that time". I did get quite drunk the night before but thought I must've gotten up for a bit and then went back to bed.

And I'm still in college. You think college students need another excuse to drink? 😉

Darn, the drunk posts (and the ensuing vacations) can be quite amusing. :laugh:

I've never been a fan of drunkness; I value my sense of mental control, and have no desire to lose it. I also don't care for people throwing up on the livingroom floor. (The only drunk people I've ever happened to have in my near proximity have been rowdy, vomiting, very unconscious, or else literally minutes away from being driven to the hospital for a fun night with a stomach pump.)

Then those people are obviously overdoing it and shouldn't be drinking cus they're going to kill themselves but I love drinking. Got drunk last night.
