So who's really been in jail/prison?

3 overnighters, never any hard time.

Just an overnight blows, I don't think I could hack doing anything long term. Not to mention having to take 4 or 5 hot showers to rid yourself of that holding cell/bum stink.

Raises hand. I've spent several nights in the county jail, and came --><-- close to 10 years in state prison...on a couple of occasions...

For 30+ years in construction, my rather extensive felony record only kept me from one job.
 
Never been taken into custody. I have been mirandized once and also I've had INS show up at a house party
 
Yeah 605 days one time. A few day or weekends throw in. Arrested more times than I can seriously remember. All before the age of 19. I am or I was a big fuck up. I have been a law abiding citizen for almost 10 years now.
 
I've been in the drunk tank twice when I was in college. Pretty much sucked as my college town didn't have a local jail so they used the local prison that was around 30 minutes away. I was actually charged with being drunk in public from the passenger seat of a car, oh the memories.
 
Spent a night in the cells when I was an idiot kid. I don't know why people seem to be so proud of having spent time in prison (and why other people seem to look up to them). If you've spent time in prison it almost always means that at some point in your life you were a fuckup of monumental proportions.

I've never even been pulled over for a speeding ticket. (Or pulled over for anything, for that matter.)
 
I've been to jail a lot.

Used to work for a large counties sheriff departments IT department and had to regularly go to the jails to work on the PC's at the guard stations.

the one time i had a non-traffic law enforcement situation, i was cited and released, the 17 year old guys i was with had to ride down to the station and wait for their parents
 
Im loving the new theme of OT LOL The worst place i have ever been was Muskogee county georgia or some place like that. the entire place had roaches about every square inch on everything. made it hard to sleep.
 
Back when I was 19 and liked to go out and pick fights for sport, I beat a guy up bad enough to get 9 mos. I got out in about 3 1/2 on good behavior. I've been good for the last 31 years.
