So who's in the wrong here?

So a group of my friends were going to go out to do something, but apparently none of them can drive nor do they have a car. Well they found out I could, but at the time I didn't want to because I don't like driving with a huge group of people.

Well all of them were fine with my decision except one person who is now being a douche to me because I didn't drive him. Now I was wondering that if I do drive my group of friends, is it ok if I forcefully exclude him out because he has been such a douche?

Am I in the wrong here?

I also feel that if he tries some **** with me, I would verbally cuss him the **** out.

What were they planning to do? Were they going to chip in and pay for your gas?

You're definitely not in the wrong for wanting to exclude someone being rude.

That's why when you are younger just drive a coupe. Oh you all are coming too, well my car only seats two unless you want to feel like you are sitting on the toilet.

Either way, if you do decide to take this friend you will see if they continue to act douchey then next time you don't drive him or her.

But yea you have to be pretty immature to argue about who is driving or not. Don't loose sleep over it.

They were planning to go to some place where they could take the bus to. I didn't even mention chipping for gas. I just said I didn't want to drive them. I was going the same way anyways, so even if I did drive them I wouldn't charge them gas money.

None of them really had any objections.. except the one douche.

What does jail have anything to do with this? 0.0

Perhaps if they are not 21 and you are driving and they are drunk or messed up, you may get pulled over and you could be held responsible for their state. Unlikely to happen to most people but you never know.

The heck are you talking about? I highly doubt a physical fight will ensure over this.

These are all nerds.

You're right. Perhaps they could play a game of he who blinks first has to clean the kitchen or something.

Regardless, this is all a bunch of baloney and ridiculous. Grow up.

So what would a matured grown up man do in a situation like this?

I was simply just going to exclude from driving him because he was such an asshole to me.

I never thought of that as childish.

First, good for you to recognize you aren't comfortable driving with a group of passengers, speaking up on it, and standing your ground. Second, ignore the douche and go on with life.
