I do it for money IRL. The logos I do here on AT are not "real" logos for the most part, just a Photoshop image. I don't spend a lot of time on them, and if someone likes it, let him do what he wants with it. It's 5 minutes of my time. Real logo design is time-consuming work.

I also like ThePresence logo the best. Nice font, easy to read, nice symmetry etc. I also think the red line draws you in to want to read it. I wish I had the patience and creativity to be able to do anything in illustrator/photoshop

I'm trying to start up my company an ran into someone who wanted a quote before I did any branding or web presence, and I just wanted something to make it look a little more professional.

Anyways, I was able to secure his business, which will be a huge help in getting this off the ground.
