So who is Galaxy?

After talking to Galaxy NA managers...

And being told that Galaxy used to make Gpu PCbs for the big company's before they decided to go on there own. They are Based in Hong Kong.. And i was told there PCBs were Foxconn.

Seeing that PCBs for gpus seem to be made in Taiwan now....

This leads me to think Foxconn=Galaxy?

A lot of companies contract their manufacturing out to Foxxcon - likely more than just Galaxy. Many companies do this. I believe galaxy is their own entity, although they are known as KFA in Europe.

foxconn makes stuff for almost everybody.

Foxconn, also makes all Intel boards, HP, Dell, IBM, Lenovo etc.

Without Foxconn there aint no PCs 😛
