That would be me. I haven't bought a damned thing yet...in fact, I'm riding my bike to work tomorrow so I don't see me stopping on the way home to pick up a card either. I'm screwed.

I got my wife:
- Set of Law & Order Valentines cards from brandonbird.com
- Dozen roses from Costco
- Box of chocolates from the grocery store that she didn't really like ("I told you Russell Stover")
- Box of Russell Stover chocolates. The wrapper was broken and they were stale. Whoops.
If she wanted a real gift I would have gotten her one... but she didn't want anything. We don't buy each other expensive gifts just for the sake of buying gifts.

Come on, you can do better than that! Give her a homemade gift certificate for a massage or something. That costs nothing, and you'll hopefully get laid when she cashes it in

It really irritates me how girls think its such a special day and get so excited about it! if i know it wouldnt upset my GF i'd give her a kiss and a love you and be done with it!

also, I turned back from going and buying her an orange ipod shuffle (friend who was giving me a ride convinced me not to get it). She's just a good friend. No sense in going bankrupt (yet)

heh...you're right. gamecube was free because my brother gave me his since he got a wii but he kept the controller, so i had to buy that, animal crossing with a free 59 block memory card and mario party 4. so all in all, $55 bucks for it. not too bad.

i am broke myself so i def should NOT have done this but....
i did order a dozen red long stem roses, $72, reservations at an itialian restauraunt with appetizer, food for 2, and wine, will prob be about $70-80, and $240 for a used T-Mobile Dash cell phone placed in a $5 heart box of chocolates (i threw out the chocolates)
