So who else is stuck at work today......

I have to work from 1800-2200 tonight. Nice weather for driving though, so I'm not too sad.

It's definitely not nice outside here.. it's getting ready to rain for about a year straight.

I wish it would rain here in Utah. This 95 degrees and no air conditioning in my black interior car is killing me.

what do you do?
I do vehicle patrols of the U of M campus for the U of M Department of Public Safety. I drive in a marked public safety vehicle (2002 Ford Taurus). The student employees are dispatched to jump starts, vehicle unlocks, SAFEWALK escorts, and other calls that are too menial for the cops to do.

It's a great job.

It's great. We get to listen to all the U of M police calls on the radio. Plus, when we're not working, we just drive around or do foot patrols of campus.

You live out in West Jordan? I used to live there over by Airport #2 before I moved to Idaho. Although I am now back but in the ghetto's of Magna. Nothing like driving 20 minutes to get anywhere in this heat.😉
