So, who else is sick?

It started two days ago with a nagging cough, the my throat started to get really dry and sore, then the mucus came. I was on my bed for the better part of yesterday and today, my entire body aches, and I sweat like a pig.

To top it all off, this happens during St. Patty's day, my FAVORITE holiday of the year (may be Mardi Gras comes close, actually, they're both on the same level).

I often get a bad cold around this time, and to top it off I work at a hospital now. If there's a place to catch something, it would probably be there. The IT room is super cold though and I would imagine germs travel slower in the cold. The server room AC is same vent system as IT room. Not exactly the smartest piping layout. 😛

Sore throat here and there. Worse part for me is that I have a final at 10am tomorrow, I can't believe that bitch scheduled our final for the day after St. Patty's day.

Yep. Started last Thursday. I clearly remember there being an "ON" switch being thrown around 3pm of last Wednesday. I started coughing out of nowhere, then came the nightmare that was Wednesday night. My sleep consisted of freezing cold chills, when I tried to curl up into the smallest ball possible to keep warm, and burning hot when I was sweating like a dog under the blanket. Oh, then I got up and went to work.

At work, I drifted around, hoping to not screw anything up too bad. Once I got home, I took a 2 hour nap. It's been like that for the past few days. It's mostly gone now, but I'm still coughing a lot.

At work, 3 more people have since gotten sick since Friday. No way I infected them since they all started feeling it on Friday-ish. Looks like whichever asshole infected me, managed to infect half the department.

I'm sick, I've got RSV, so does my wife and my 2 month old son. It's been a long week. I'm starting to feel better today, my wife is right in the middle of it and so is my son. He's one pissed off little man.

Some random crap in my lungs. Possible pneumonia. Doing lots of tests on me. I'm quite worn out. I was extremely sick 2 weeks ago. Yeah. I just got out of the hospital and I'm tired.

I was REALLY sick about one and a half weeks about a week ago. Throwing up, fevers, coughing, and only ate crakers once a day for a week. I still have a cough and I still have a lot of mucus but at least it's not green any more. It seems like there's been something going around. I know of a couple people that have been sick like me.

My daughter came home today after spending a long weekend with some friends. 2 of her 3 kids are sick as hell with sore throats and coughing.

I have no doubt that this bug will get us all too...(this will be the 4th one since January)

I still say, kids are a bunch of filthy disease carrying creatures...😛

My daughter came home today after spending a long weekend with some friends. 2 of her 3 kids are sick as hell with sore throats and coughing.

I have no doubt that this bug will get us all too...(this will be the 4th one since January)

Yep. My 12 year old nephew got sick first and was coughing around me without covering his mouth. He knows that once I feel better he is going to be in pain.

Yep. My 12 year old nephew got sick first and was coughing around me without covering his mouth. He knows that once I feel better he is going to be in pain.

I am just getting over my cold. I had the alternating chills and sweats My kids have a milder version right now but even they (5 & 3) cough and sneeze into the inside of their elbows to decrease flying snot/virii. I'm not sure what they do when it gets warmer and the wear t-shirts.
