Not only did I spend a fair amount of money of Christmas presents, but I also just watched $770 dollars erode away into my car. I brought it to Pep Boys for snow tires and new BRAKE PADs, and they replaced the entire fricken braking system. Bloody hell.

I'm broke!!!

I thought I did well not over spending for Christmas. I actually stayed within my budget and what happens?!?! Car breaks down and is going to cost me $800 to fix and to top that off it's soemthing that I paid over $1200 to fix just over a year ago. I found out the guys who did the original work actually broke the distributor and glued it back together with some type of adhesive. :| We got some nasty weather this past week and the whole thing came apart.

Sometimes you just can't win! SHEESH!!

:Q $1200 for a Distributor and it was glued! WTF. Are you talking about the main part that goes into the engine or just a Distributor cap which is only a $30 part???

If it was the main Distributor what did they glue? and again $1200

I just paid off my Christmas shopping credit card bill... I got a check for some work I did but it didn't pay for the entire bill. And my stupid cell phone bill was $50 this month... ug.
