So which is your favorite GTA3 car?

Does anybody have a saved game around the level where you have to take 8ball to the ship where spank is being made, and blow it up? And if so, is there any way if you can send it to me? Preferably after this level, because its really hard. I will provide a (Very modest) Paypal reward.

I have a saved game right after the ship is blown up. Sending it via e-mail to you in a minute. Forget the Paypal, though. I don't use it and even if I did I wouldn't charge you for something so simple. 😛

I haven't, but a couple of my friends did something somehow and made a super-Taxi that's capable of jumping several hundred feet high and doing multiple thousands of rotations in the air. It's insane.

I spent about an hour trying to flip over a Cheetah and push it to my hideout with gang members shooting at me the whole way. I finally got the car but it seems like it is only bulletproof. Still vulnerable to impact damage, flip-over explosions, and getting pulled over (one gang member pulled me out and drove away with it!).
 
The BF Injection is hands down my favorite car. Goes over everything like the trucks, faster then just about anything except for the cheeta, infernus, and banshee. It has kind of weird physics, hitting people will sometimes make it flip forward.

It IS mostly dent-proof, but only to a certain extent. The window will pop out, and it will eventually catch fire and explode. Not bullet proof at all.
 
I like the Dodo, although I can only usually only make it fly for about 7 seconds.

For normal use, though, I like either the Mafia Sentinel or a police car. They're not quite as fast as the sports cars, but they are a lot more durable.

No offense but you are selling yourself short by not doing this mission, which is a lot of fun IMO. I completed it on the second try - you just have to pick off the Colombians in more or less the right order, and be reasonably accurate with the sniper rifle. You really need to have the "use scope" and zoom controls mapped conveniently (I have Q and E as zoom out and in, and mouse button 4 on my Logitech mouse as "use scope." God knows how hard this mission must be using a PS2 controller rather than a mouse and keyboard, but that is not my problem!
 
Stinger (porche?) because its fast and has amazing handling
Infernus (Diablo?) for the same reasons

Tank for obvious reasons

Ice cream truck cuz its funny. They should have missions where you sell ice cream to the little brats and then run over them and take their lunch money 🙂😉

Yeah, the Stinger seems to me to be the best of the sports cars. The Cheetah and Banshee are too squirrelly in handling (it is a handful just to keep the Cheetah going in a straight line!), and the Infernus also does not handle quite as well as the Stinger. Oddly, I get the feeling that the Yakuza Stinger is slightly inferior to the regular Stinger (unlike, say, the Mafia Sentinel, which is MUCH better than the standard-issue one).

LOL, one of my roomates suggested the same thing the other day.

It's not too bad. Took me 3-4 tries. Got it on the first try with the pc version, with plenty of time to spare 🙂
 


If you can't take out the Columbians on the boat,
you're gonna be really screwed when you get to the casino roof.

Actually the PS2 version of this mission is not hard at all if you use the analog stick to aim. You cap the two guys at the bottom of the ramp, then get the sight up to the right level on the ship where you can just go straight across using the stick...you'll cap most of the guys in the head, but hit the one guy who's standing on some crate in the feet. Fortunately, sniper bullets kill the victim no matter where you hit him. It took me more than one try, but it was definitely doable and not worth cheating your way through it.
 
I have a car and gun modifyer, allowing me to edit properties of any car, such as damage factor, weight, speed, acceleration, suspension etc. I made a super FBI car that is 50,000 pounds, meaning it plows everything out of the way like a tank, goes 250 speed and 35 acceleration (faster then cheetah, by a bit). It's also indestructable from any thing except if it lands in water or on it's roof. I go around chasing bad guys in staunton, plowing everything out of my way, then doing roll overs like mad. It's really really fun =P

Forgot to mention that I edited my Mk-47 bullets to be equivalent to that of the rocket launcher 😛
Also increased range and reloading capacity to 5000, so no reloading!
Also increased range and power of flame thrower. I love to go around in circles igniting everything in sight, no matter how far 😛
