Look I have said this many times, it sucks, but at this point there is nothing else to do. And we certainly don't have the money or resources to start rounding up the millions that are here. There is nothing else to do besides some type of path to citizenship for those already here.

You have to get in line to get a VISA to come here to begin with BEFORE you even get in line for a green card.

You are getting the two confused.

They are able to reap the benefits of being here while on "the path to citizenship" while those who want to come here legally cannot as they wait for their VISAs in their home country.

You also need your VISA to STAY here. If you don't have a job, a school, a sponsor, or some other connection here, your VISA expires and you're out.
