For me, it would be Food Processing and Quality Assurance/Food Safety Systems.

Not sure, I consider myself a Renaissance man, I got it all under control, Design, Programming, and Startup.

I work in property assessment... so...

Customer Service (both internal and external), real estate and construction knowledge combined with geographical knowledge and market / economy trends in my area.
