Schlocemus is nucking futz. Holy crap...AP latin...do you need to learn latin for that, or is it just a humanities course about Vergil?
All I can say is that he's well on his way to AP scholar and a nice SAT score, and some scholarships :D.

I got...hmm
Marine Science Honors (shoulda taken cooking, the class sucks)
Latin III (basically, we read articles, do a little translating, and lots of VCD movies in the back room with his 32 inch TV and DVD playa :D
Algebra II Honors
took econ hon last sem, gonna take Government, which i've already learned already from US History.
AP Language and Composition, where my teacher sucks and we don't learn anything.
Physics Phun finishes my day, which is an easy A. I'm considering AP Physics, but that's independent study, cuz we only have 1 physics teach.

I was thinking of taking all AP clases, but my local college has classes at my high school (I get college and high school credit - called Dual Enrolled Classes) - so I might as well get college credit from them then have to take stupid tests to see if I could get credit. I already have 38 college credit hours from just taking classes @ my high school that were Dual Enrolled.

If you don't have E&M, what's the point of AP Physics? AP Physics should have both semesters so you can take both parts of the AP test and get college credit for both semesters....

And another thing, why do you need 2 semesters of mechanics? ;)

Heh, I wish I was on my way to anything...
For AP Latin, we basically have to translate around ~10,000 lines for the whole year. (I think...)
We're pretty far behind; but it's a fun class :) -- 3 people!
My experience with Latin has been pretty good, but that's because I really like my teacher, I can easily see a poor teacher making you memorize of useless junk and have a horrible time...
I dunno...I like it :)
