No idea. I've never done it. And if i had...i'd probably go into the Video form and look for comparisons.
Bah... Don't be a Stiffly Stifferson. 😛

6549 here.
That's an awesome score for your setup, are you overclocking the 9800p and/or have the 256mb model? BTW, what's up with the who names their rig stuff? Many of us do, including IBM whom I've named one of mine after i.e. Deep Blue.... Hey, it's the color of my board! 😛 and pyonir, get back to ATOT before you melt or somethin'

I actually scored 6650 last night. 🙂

I haven't overclocked the P4 yet, but this 9800 PRO is just insane... I have it clocked at 441/390 (378/337 is stock), and it has yet to fail a benchmark or show any artifacts.

I'm pretty excited about it, because it's the first anything I've bought that overclocks exceptionally well. 🙂

Sorry for braking in sounding as a nerd but... are you all running 3dmark03 at a standard resolution or quality? I have an Athlon XP 2000, 512 RAM@333, and a MSI FX5900SP VTD-128 and run the benchmark at 2 different resolutions and got 2 different scores!!

1024x768, No AA, Bilinear : 4226
640x480, No AA, Bilinear : 5506

How about try to run it at default setting?
I got 4152 at standard, while on the internet downloading...

BTW: If I overclock my card... Is it going to burn and die if I'm not careful? Or it will just show artifacts when it is above limits? How dangerous is it? ***I want bigger scores...***
Never done any vga overclocking before, so how dangerous is it? Is it like CPU that only gets hotter or just doesn't boot? Or does it include high risk of burning?

I just got a 6922 while downloading a file and had several other windows open. Default benchmark.

If you want to OC your card, just keep in mind that it could set your house on fire, steal your girlfriend, eat your lunch and dinner, or murder you while you sleep. Its all your responsibility. That said, you should try it at least, just move your core/clock up at baby steps to see what you can get out of your card.

I dont "play" 3dMock 😉

Normally I wouldn't, but I like having a synthetic benchmark to test driver revisions out with. It also makes it easy to see gains from overclocking.

About 6600 w/ ATI 9800XT...and Overdrive settings! 😛

1024x768, no AA, no AF, maximum quality textures. Has anyone gotten good overclocks with their 9800XTs?
