Actual is right about in the middle at 24 or so.

250-300 miles per tank (winter vs summer) and I fill up about 11 gallons at a time.

'99 Passat 5-spd manual with premium gas. I easily get that too. I can get close to 34-35 on the highway, depending....

I guess that these aren't the new updated rules. I'm supposed to get 18/25 in my Audi A4 Quattro 3.0, but have always averaged more like 22 MPG in light to moderate traffic on the highway.
