So what's the final word on the GA-EP35-DS3L ?

Lots of reports across the interwebs about this board not being able to keep the VCore settings after you shut it off. Does anyone have first hand experience OCing this board??

Yes. I am running my E8400 3.0@4.0 on it. After I cleared CMOS is had no issue with adjusting and raising the voltage.

Mine is up to 3.2 gig on air.. heading to 3.4..summer is coming tho..we shall see. Otherwise..all is well with this mobo. I put in 2 X2 gig AData mem stix and am enjoying 3.5 gig of ram using XP Home. My board is stable as well.

Well, that's good news at least. Although many also report that even after you clear the CMOS, when it gets shut down the voltages revert back to stock.

I have had it off for around 8 hours as I was installing my watercooling and it had no issue. Other than that I do not really leave my system off. I do also have a BETA BIOS that might of fixed that issue. I am not sure.

For me, the settings don't revert back to defaults, per se. Rather, if I shut the computer down for too long (or it fails to boot due to BIOS changes), the CPU Host Clock Control option in the BIOS switches from Enabled to Disabled. This effectively restores the FSB (but not the voltages) to stock. It takes all of 10 seconds to fix.

I have it. The only real issue it has is the DPC thing, which doesn't affect almost anyone anyway...
other than that... has reached 400MHz FSB without complaining. Will prolly go igher. Oh yeah, no resets here with BIOS F5c.
Heck of a board, if they manage to fully correct the DPC latency issue, I dare say that this mobo would be near perfect.
