I can never do the treadmill. I went on a 55 minute run yesterday. I couldn't have done it on the treadmill. I die of bordem after 5 minutes.

Depends where you live. In a nice rural atmosphere where you reside running outside would be great but in a place like Greater Boston where the drivers are the worst you take your life in you hands if you run the streets. Plus at my Gym they have TV's mounted from the ceiling so you can watch the Red Sox Game/ESPN or what ever while you run on the Tread Mill/Eliptical
